Here at #7 Church Street we aim to share our vision about quality of food. Quality depends on numerous factors such as seasonality, locality and careful handling from farm to fork. This is why we try to use as much local produce as possible from carefully selected suppliers. Local produce, in and around Monmouthshire, is abundant from fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy.
We would like to cater for the local community and of course for those coming to visit Wales, so that they can all enjoy what this area has to offer.
Mark was classically trained by the Roux Brothers and worked for them for 9 years in London. Later he became the Head Chef of the Crown at Whitebrook and the Angel Hotel in Abergavenny. With all his experience, he and his partner, Bea, are offering old and new customers excellent quality food in a warm and friendly environment.
Dom grew up and trained to be a chef in and around Monmouth before going off to Kent where he found his love for good food, fine dining and fresh produce. Since then he has worked at this establishment for 2 years prior to Mark and Bea.
